18 all weather Tennis courts are located right next to the high performance centre and Tennis Sport hotel. The hpc is not only a Elite Tennis Training Centre but also a Tennis Ressort for Tennis players of all age. Masters, Youngsters, mixed teams are all equally welcome to life, train and relax at the Tennis Centre or Tennis Center in South Africa.
Tennis Programm on high altitude is the ultimate Tennis preparation training as the Tennis players improve the aerobic capacity during normal training sessions without loosing a lot of energy in exhausting endurance training.
Tennis testmatches and friendly matches against South African Tennis teams can be organised by our staff. We will make your Tennis training camp a successful preperation and most memorable event for your Tennis team.
The tennis trainingscentre is one of the best training venues and tennis hotel on altitude. Established by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the South African Tennis Federation (SATA) the Training Centre was relocated to the hpc in 2003.
ITF and SATA provide a youth development programme with the primary objective of training talented junior players from South Africa as well as the rest of Africa.
The hpc accommodates up to 24 players, usually between 13 and 18. The players undergo daily training on the tennis courts, strength training in the gym and condition training on the fields. Backed up by the sports medical division the tennis players enjoy full-time care in a professional tennis environment.
International tennis teams are given the same warm welcome like the national players and the total package of great training facilities, splendid weather and heart warming hospitality makes the hpc a unique training spot on the globe
